How this membership uses information you provide.
Your member account
We store your name, email, purchase reference, access dates and membership status to manage access. Secure cookies keep you signed in on your device.
Optional Google sign-in
When Google sign-in is available, the sign-in page loads Google’s sign-in service. If you continue with Google, we use your verified email and a unique Google account identifier to connect you to your existing membership. Google sign-in does not create or renew a paid membership. We do not request access to your Gmail messages or Google Drive files. You can still sign in using an email link.
Your saved work
Lesson progress, bookmarks, private notes, Watchlist entries and Saved Reports are associated with your member account. These features check your membership before returning your records. Unsaved chat is temporary in the current page.
AI questions and email
Questions and recent conversation context you submit to AI Pauline are sent to OpenAI to produce a response. Current research may use web search. We keep usage counts (tokens, searches, duration and request status) for up to 30 days of active-service history to manage costs and fair use; these counts contain no question or report text. A private response copy can be reused by your account for ten minutes to avoid duplicate charges after a retry. Expired copies and old usage records are removed during subsequent research requests. Saved Reports remain until deleted. Resend processes member emails for activation and sign-in. Avoid entering account passwords, banking credentials or sensitive personal information into research questions.
Product analytics and videos
We record product-flow events such as opening a sample, signing in and completing a lesson. Analytics events do not include your investing questions or report text. Embedded YouTube videos use the privacy-enhanced player; playing them also involves YouTube’s services.
